In every Curry or Starter, Paneer grabs everyone's attention while the other veggies compliment Paneer to make the food tastier. The other veggies usually lose everyone's attention as paneer is the Star Ingredient of every food. In Seven Veg. Basket, we're adding Six Veggies & One Mixed Sauce which will make every veggie a Star ingredient.
I tried my hands on this for the first time and It is a little difficult to find this recipe somewhere else.
Seven Veg. Basket is my own creation with sauces, spices & veggies, and I hope you'll like the recipe and the taste.
Now, let's walk to our cooking station & make this exotic cuisine in just a few steps.

How To Serve This Cuisine?

This food is Exotic in curries & can be eaten on an ordinary day or on Occasions as well. This food is Tiffin Friendly due to its consistency and the dryness of curry makes the dish idol to take for office or school. Also, you can prepare a wrap out of it by spreading it on a chapati or a naan. As per my Recommendation, The Food can be served in a bowl, garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Serve the Curry with Chapati, Lachha Parantha, Kulcha or Naan. And put Spring Onions & Lemon wedges on the Side of the Plate. The Garnished Plate can be served with a Glass of Ice-Crushed Coke or Iced-Tea.

What to serve with???

Tandoori NaanAs we all know, Naan is made with Refined flour or Whole wheat flour. But as recommended by Chefs, Naan should be stuffed with Boiled Potato Stuffing, Grated Paneer Or Processed Cabbage. Tandoori Naan can be served with this Curry.

Lachha ParanthaWhen flour is kneaded and then Dipped in Ghee/Butter, cut into strips & closed layer by layer, sprinkled with Dry Methi and then Roasted. The Hot Roasted Parantha, Lathered with Butter as love & Grated Paneer from above.

KulchaGenerally, Kulcha is available in the market in a Packet or sold with a bowl of Chhole on a plate. This Veg. Curry will bring you a new level of serving if served with Kulcha, lathered with Butter & sprinkled chopped coriander leaves.

ChapatiTalking about Kids, they avoid eating healthy foods but they won't be able to resist eating this Curry. All we have to do is make a wrap out of it & serve it with a glass of cold drink or Rasna. They'll love to have this curry.
