Procedure
Before heading to the making of "The Supercilious Alfredo Pasta", I want to address you that this recipe has three stages of cooking. To avoid any doubts or confusion regarding the recipe, we're combining all three steps which won't let you fall in dilemma. First, We'll sauté all the chopped veggies in a pan. Next, we'll make Alfredo Sauce in the same pan, that used to sauté the veggies. Later on, we'll mix-up all the things with a few ingredients.
- First of all, Boil water in a pan by adding a tablespoon of edible and pinch of salt. And let it cook for 5 minutes on the mid-high flame.
- After 5 minutes, keep checking with a spoon and knife whether pasta is cooked or not. Cook until it gets soften.
- As pasta cooks properly, Heat a Pan and Add-in Olive Oil. Then, Add-in chopped Garlic pods and cook for a minute.
- Add all chopped veggies in the pan, and sauté for 5 minutes or until the thin golden layer cove them.
- As you complete with veggies, transfer all the veggies into a plate from the pan. And heat the pan again.
- Heading to the Alfredo sauce, Add the butter in the pan and as butter melts, Add-in Refined flour to the pan. And mix well.
- Keep stirring for five minutes and let it cook and as soon the mixture, start leaving sides, pour half of the milk mentioned in the ingredient list. Mix well, until it gets thicken and then add the remaining portion of milk in the pan.
- As the second portion gets thickens too. Then lower the gas flame and add the oregano and chili flakes in the sauce. And mix well for a minute.
- Our Alfredo Sauce is ready, add the sautéed veggies in the sauce. After mixing it, immediately add boiled pasta in the pan.
- After adding and mixing pasta, Sprinkle Salt and Pepper According to your taste. And Mix Well.
Garnishing & Servings
- Classic Serving: In the Olden days of Italy, all appetizers used to serve with adding little more sauce to the plate. This style of serving Italian dishes is still used in some themed restaurants and it is still a Rockstar from the lunch up to casual parties.
- Cheesecoat: As the name of this serving style sounds, it totally looks like that, "Cheese-Coat". Place your pasta in your plate, and grate ample cheese over above, the more cheese you add, the heavier coat you get over your plate. Job is not just over, microwave the plate of pasta for 5 minutes.
- Icing On The Cake: The Serving I like the most, which includes veggie, toasted bread with garlic butter, and grated cheese over pasta. Sprinkling a pinch of parsley, makes it heaven on the plate.
I completed my job by giving you a superbly-delicious recipe to try your hands on. Now the job is totally left for your side, just try your hands-on the pasta we made today.
